"There is so much development opportunity and support at The Flour Pot. There has never been a time that I've wanted to learn and take on a new challange and have been told 'no'. The encouragement of my peers, my team and management is pretty incredible"
Paul, delivery driver, bakery
"I've been working at The Flour Pot for six and a half years. In that time, my role has developed beyond driving, especially since Covid when we started offering home deliveries and Click & Collects. This is now something that I oversee. I really enjoy the variety in my day and working with some great people."
Nathaniel, site manager, THe beach
"My favourite thing about working at The Flour Pot is how supported I've felt in the opportunities and support given. Since starting, I've worked in several roles in my store and at The Milk Shed (our sister company that roasts our coffee) and have helped set up our new Hangleton site."
Rachel, Pastry & Savoury Chef
"I started at The Flour Pot fresh out of college, working as a Kitchen Porter, before quickly working my way into the pastry team, learning lots of new skills baking cakes and other sweets. My favourite thing about working here are all the life skills I've developed and working within an amazing team of people."
