All of our coffee is roasted locally in Brighton by our sister company, The MIlk Shed. Our roastery team has years of coffee experience between them and is dedicated to sourcing and roasting the highest quality of coffee. The team value transparency and traceability above all else. From working with importing partners who have an on the ground relationship with coffee farmers to donating money from our gross sales for 1% for the planet, these are just some of the ways that The Milk Shed ensures they’re doing their bit.
