Our sourdough breads are slowly fermented over 24 hours, they do not contain any baker’s yeast. All of our bread is made by hand in our Brighton bakery by our small team of bakers, using traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients to produce our high-quality artisan bread. Our bread isf freshly baked every morning in our wood-pellet powered oven. We hope you enjoy eating our products as much as we do making them.
