We have spent some months researching and developing a new loaf to replace our Gluten-Free loaf. We call it The VLG - very low gluten. This is because we make it with non-gluten ingredients, but please do remember that it is still made in our bakery which does contain gluten.
It's a small white tin loaf that has the same seed mix as our seeded sourdoughs (sesame, poppy, linseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds). In addition, we've added psyllium for its health benefits and ground roasted lentils, to add an earthiness to the flavour profile of the bread.

Ingredients: Ireks gluten free flour (Maize starch, rice flour, SOYA protein concentrate, thickeners: E 415, E 464; sugar, psyllium, salt, dextrose, sugar beet syrup, ground roasted lentils, yeast extract, lactic acid, grape concentrate, acidity regulator E 262, enzyme preparation), water, rapeseed oil, yeast, seed mix (SESAME seeds, golden linseed, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, millet)
