A classic Scandinavian-style Danish, layered with crisp, golden laminated pastry and filled with a bright raspberry frangipane-style cream. The dough is made with rich butter for a delicate, flaky texture that bakes into light, airy layers with a satisfying crunch.
Inside, a smooth almond cream is enriched with ground almonds, butter, and egg, then lifted with fresh raspberry purée and a touch of lemon juice for a vibrant, slightly tangy finish. Whole raspberries are folded through and baked until soft and jammy.
