Our sourdough breads are slowly fermented over 24 hours and they do not contain any baker’s yeast. All of our bread is made by hand in our Brighton bakery by our small team of bakers who use traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients to produce our artisan bread. Our bread is freshly baked every morning in our wood-pellet powered oven to ensure that it's as fresh as possible when it reaches our stores.
