A light vanilla sponge rolled with tangy cranberry and raspberry jam, paired with vanilla cream cheese icing, broken meringues. This elegant Yule log is the perfect centerpiece for any holiday celebration.

Serves 9 people.

Ingredients: Vanilla buttercream (icing sugar, butter (MILK), cream cheese (MILK), vanilla extract), roule sponge (EGGs, caster sugar, plain flour (WHEAT GLUTEN), rapeseed oil, MILK, baking powder, sea salt). cranberry and raspberry jam (caster sugar, frozen cranberries, frozen raspberries, lemon juice), raspberries, meringue nests (sugar, EGG whites), gold glitter spray (sugar, colours (titanium dioxide E171, iron oxide E172)), silver glitter spray (E555, colour (silver)), neige decore (sugar, WHEAT starch, cocoa butter), Bright red 100s & 1,000s (sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, coconut oil. Glaszing agent; beeswax), white sugar snowflakes (sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour)

  • We deliver to all the following locations: Brighton, Hangleton, Hassocks, Hollingbury, Hove, Lewes, Lancing, Patcham, Peacehaven, Portslade, Rottingdean, Rustington, Saltdean, Shoreham By Sea, Sompting, Southwick, Stanmer, Steyning, Westdene, Woodingdean and Worthing (East & West)
  • Delivery charge and minimum orders - there is a small delivery charge and a minimum order value of £7.50 per order. We are excited to be able to offer free delivery for orders over £30
  • 48 hours notice required to make order - for us to prepare your order, we can require up to 48 hours. For example, if you wanted to delivery on Wednesday, your order must be placed before 12pm on Monday.
  • We'll deliver to you between 9:30am-3pm - due to demand we're unable to specify exact times, but rest assured your delivery will be made during this time on your chosen day. At Christmas time deliveries may be made up tp 5pm

CLICK & COLLECT INFO
  • 48 hours notice is required before pickup. Orders must be placed by 12pm.
  • We offer free collection from any store. Pastries and bread orders will be ready to collect when the store opens.
  • Please note that orders containing cakes, sweets and gift sets will be available after 11:00am only
  • Collect any day of the week (Mon-Sun) subject to store opening times which can be viewed here (link to locations page)
  • The minimum order value is £5 per order and there is no extra charge for click & collect orders.
  • We’re happy for someone else to collect the order on your behalf but please get them to bring along the proof of the order with them
